I love Pierogies! If you’ve never heard of them, they are a scrumptious Polish dish; pasta circles typically filled with mashed potato. The most common is a mashed potato and cheese mixture; delicious, but I like the potato and onion one (and eliminating dairy always helps too). Once boiled, I usually saute’ with butter and onions, but many like them with other sauces (even spaghetti) or sour cream if your stomach can handle it.
